Mental health is vitally important for all human beings to live effectively and should be treated the same as our physical health. It is never easy to know where to start with taking care of our mental health but talking to a professional is a process that can never start early enough. We value each individual and are trained in the use of numerous psychological therapies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); CBT; Compassion Focussed Therapy; and Solution Focussed Therapy) to help you no matter what difficulties you are currently facing.

We have extensive experience of applying psychologically based skills to help you achieve your goals. We will work with you to identify what you want to achieve and help you develop new skills that will help you to:

- Find and implement new ways of taking steps towards creating a more enjoyable life

- Build skills to help you be kinder and more forgiving to yourself

- Take perspective on your life and view your difficulties in a more helpful way

Using skills provided by a skilled and experienced therapist you can move your life forward when feeling stuck. We provide a safe and open space for you to talk openly and honestly about anything that may be negatively impacting your mental health without fear or worry. We have been practising since 2008 and can assist you in coping with all mental health difficulties.
